So, people are saying that Shakira “stole” the now famous world cup theme: “waka waka” everyone “loves.” You: Did Shakira steal the waka waka song? Well, not sure if she “stole” it or how the process was. Though it’s no surprise that she came up with a re-make. It seems like that’s what everyone is dong now anyways, recycling music & adapting it to different times & culture. Either way, just a short mashup of shakira vs the Tasmina Zangalewa African people.
