The selectors named Saurabh Kumar and Navdeep Saini as their replacements while adding Jaydev Unadkat to the squad.

Shakib Al Hasan will lead the Bangladesh side that is without their talismanic batsman Tamim Iqbal who is ruled out with a groin injury. Mominul Haque, Yasir Ali, Najmul Hossain Shanto, Litton Das, and Mushfiqur Rahim are some key batsmen for the team. Taijul Islam, Taskin Ahmed, Khaled Ahmed, Ebadot Hossain, and Shoriful Islam will lead the bowling attack. Bangladesh has named as many as five pacers in their Test squad.
