The left-handed batter has played 104 T20Is for Team India and has scored 2544 runs at an average of 27.95 and a strike rate of 123.97. She has also slammed 19 half-centuries in her impressive T20I career.

Mandhana looked sensational with the bat in the second T20I of the five-match T20I series against Alyssa Healy-led Australia National Cricket Team at Dr. DY Patil Sports Academy in Mumbai on December 11.
Chasing 188, Mandhana smashed 79 runs off 49 balls, including 9 fours and 4 sixes, before being cleaned up by Annabel Sutherland in the 17th over. The match ended in a tie before India won in the Super Over. Notably, Smriti Mandhana, who smashed 13 runs in the Super Over, won the Player of the Match award in the second T20I.

Tahlia McGrath Becomes No.1 Batter, Smriti Mandhana Retains Third Place In ICC Women’s T20I Batting Rankings

In the latest ICC Women’s T20I Player Rankings released by the International Cricket Council on Tuesday, Mandhana retained her third position in the rankings for batters. Also, she gained 11 points to reach her career-best rating points.
Meanwhile, star Australia all-rounder Tahlia McGrath has become the new No.1 in the ICC Women’s T20I Batting Rankings after her consistent performance with the bat in a short 16-match T20I career.
The 27-year-old smashed unbeaten 40 and 70 against India in the first two T20Is to leapfrog Meg Lanning, Beth Mooney and Smriti Mandhana to become the fourth Australian to top the rankings.
Talking about Indians, Shafali Verma has jumped one spot to be at the sixth position in the rankings for batters and Jemimah Rodriques is at the ninth spot. In the ICC Women’s T20I Bowling Rankings, Deepti Sharma and Renuka Singh Thakur have retained their third and fourth spots respectively.
